AG Injury Rehabilitation provides sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal assessment, injury treatment and sport-specific rehabilitation services, delivered by Amy Garratt BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation.
All information provided on this website relates specifically to musculoskeletal injuries and conditions and is intended for general guidance only.

If you are experiencing symptoms outside of this scope, or have a medical concern unrelated to a musculoskeletal issue, please seek advice from your GP or an appropriate healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999.

2. Appointments

Booking
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the clinic directly. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us.

Initial assessment
Your first appointment is a full clinical assessment. Allow 45-60 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. Please email or bring any relevant medical reports or scan results to your appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session fee.

Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances such as illness or emergency. Where we cancel, we will offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.

Lateness
If you arrive late, we may only be able to provide treatment for the remaining time. The full session fee will still apply.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are due at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We reserve the right to change our fees and will provide reasonable notice of any increases.

We do not currently accept direct insurance billing. If you are claiming through a private health insurer/scheme, you will be required to pay at the time of your treatment and self-claim reimbursement from your insurer/scheme. A detailed Invoice can be provided.

4. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Inform us of any changes to your health or medications relevant to your treatment
  • Follow the advice and rehabilitation programme provided by Amy

  • Behave respectfully and professionally during your appointments

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where a patient’s behaviour is inappropriate or where continuing treatment would not be in the patient’s clinical interest.

5. Consent to Treatment

By attending an appointment, you consent to the clinical assessment and treatment discussed and agreed with your therapist. You have the right to withdraw consent and decline any aspect of treatment at any time.
